Durham police have arrested an Oshawa man accused of using two counterfeit $100 bills to pay for a convenience-store purchase and a taxi fare in Oshawa.
Dwain Glover, 43, faces two counts of fraud under $5,000 and two counts of uttering counterfeit money, according to Durham Regional Police Service. The charges follow an investigation by the service’s Financial Crimes Unit.

Glover was located and arrested without incident on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, police said. The allegations have not been proven in court.
