Whitby seniors have until Oct. 31 to register for free snow clearing
Whitby residents 65 and older or living with a disability can sign up for the Town's free windrow and sidewalk snow clearing program until Oct. 31. The Town also runs tax clinics and online wellness workshops for adults 55+.
