Human Rights Tribunal dismisses applications against Town of Whitby and four other respondents
The Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario has dismissed applications filed against the Town of Whitby, a consulting firm and three individuals, finding they fell outside the Tribunal's jurisdiction. The Town says it spent roughly $53,682 in external legal costs responding.
